Summer may have already passed, but I still like to keep my body healthy and in shape. Fitness and health have been passions of mine for as long as I can remember! Even in elementary and middle school, I wanted to be the fittest and most athletic kid in gym class. It kind of goes without saying that I am a competitive person and so tend to lean towards fitness challenges because I refuse to lose. I will find a way to make it a competition even if it isn’t just so that I am that much more inclined to follow through with whatever I set my mind to.
Soooooooooooo, I have come up with what I call the 50 days of fitness challenge that I am going to start this Sunday and I invite all of you all to join as well!
This challenge is relatively simple and can be altered as needed, but the basis of this fitness challenge is to get yourself intentionally moving and active for the next 50 days. The only rules I have come up with is that you must complete at least 15 minutes of fitness every day for the 50 days. I am a VERY busy college student and so I designed this challenge so that if needed you don’t even have to go to the gym if you want to.
Some of my personal goals for this challenge are to:
- attend 3 fitness classes
- incorporate yoga and stretching
- accompany these exercises with healthy food
I’m sure we have all seen girls or even guys who had a physique we are jealous of, this is your time to start working towards the body and lifestyle you want to have.
